I spent a lot of time researching SMP clinics across the Midlands before choosing SMP Hair Solutions, and I’m really glad I went with Glynn. From the first consultation, he was professional, straightforward and easy to deal with. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly and his attention to detail was excellent. Really pleased with the final result — natural, sharp and exactly what I was after. Glynn is a friendly, genuine guy and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. So glad I got in touch with SMP Hair Solutions. Read his back story on his page, this tells why he was the right choice as this is why he cares so much. Other places were promising the world through wattsapp, whilst Glynn wanted to check if my skin was eligible for the procedure through a personal consultation, before even booking me in. He explained the whole process that was focused on gradually achieving the most realistic finish. To avoid what I call 'Lego head' or a patchy look. Glynn is a super friendly guy who often says how much he loves his job, and it shows with his attention to detail, all created within a great studio set up. It was a very professional, but still a relaxed, personal service. I'm really pleased with the result and had so many compliments already. I had a bad experience a few years back, then luckily found / discovered Glynn. His rectification work and top up work is amazing. Proper attention to detail and perfectionist standards are clear to see. He’s a top bloke too so you can have a laugh or sensible chat whilst he looks after you during your SMP treatment. Stop looking and start booking! After some serious research, I came across Glynn’s portfolio and decided I needed to have a consultation and see if he is the real deal. I can honestly say, all the reviews are accurate. Top bloke. Super friendly and welcoming environment. In terms of a studio - top of the range and second to none when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. I left there cleaner than I went in :D You can see his quality of portfolio speaks for itself. I’m delighted with my 3rd session and will definitely be returning for top-ups as and when. Great work by Glynn, he made a fantastic job of  my smp eyebrows as my hair had  really thinned out at the sides. He was able to replicate a very genuine natural look, and got the style and colour match just perfect. After debating having this done for a while finally decided to do it and I’m very glad I did. Glynn was great from the first message to the final session. Would highly recommend it! So having just finished a course of SMP with Glynn I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made,from the initial consultation Glynn was friendly and showed confidence in what he could deliver. As the procedure began every detail was explained including aftercare and what to expect. I cannot put into words how good the finished piece of art is!! Best recommendation is no one believes it's not hair!! Many thanks Glynn for your relentless pursuit of perfection.
